Sistrol is committed for the development of innovation projects throughout its history, assuming an investment equivalent to 10% of annual turnover. In addition, we have the support of public entities that promote innovation and technological development such as the CDTI of the Ministry of Science and Innovation. Our innovation strategy focuses on two blocks:

Open innovation

We develop innovation projects hand in hand with our network of technological partners, to lead the digital transformation in Real Estate market, with a focus on big data generated by BMS, Data Driven and Data Science.

In-house Innovation

The Health and Safety culture is the basis in all our projects, the great awareness with an increase of 30%, compared to the previous year, of training, make us achieve an annual decrease in the accident rate, being awarded by FREMAP in the 2019/2020 financial year.

Our services and processes comply with the ISO 9001 standard of quality and customer satisfaction. We analise carefully our customer satisfaction and the complains that we have recived annually.

Environment

We are certified in ISO 14001 standard, which shows our socially responsible management. In addition, we promote environmental sustainability by improving the operation of our clients facilities, increasing its energy efficiency and reducing the carbon and water footprints, as well as promoting the reuse of existing equipment in the building.
