Monteburgos Business Park (Buildings 1A and 1B) is being built by Ferrovial in Las Tablas neighbourhood  of Madrid and will have 17.000 m²  area.

It will have a Niagara 4, BMS solution provided by Sistrol, that will be centralised  HVAC, Dali lighting, energy management and climate control installations. The buildings will be Smart and energy-efficient.

The Business Park will have more than 5.000 control points and will certifying in Leed certification (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) y Well certification (performance-based system for measuring, certifying, and monitoring features of the built environment that impact human health and wellbeing).
